A long standing client wished to survey employees from a number of divisions to gain an understanding of their opinions on a topics including motivation, job satisfaction, training, career development, resources and leadership.
Unique Solutions handled the data response and performed the first line data analysis for HR managers to present back to company management. This involved sorting data for the different regions and highlighting the trends and areas of difference across the whole business. We were also able to advise on the statistical validity of the data based on response rate and numbers of employees in each division.
As a result the leaders in the business have received information on their employees' opinions and can manage the division to address the issues the staff have drawn attention to. This is an invaluable addition to managers' knowledge of the business.
Whilst the initial employee survey was managed by post, Unique Solutions set up an electronic version using an online tool (see www.surveymonkey.com) for future use. This software enables companies to quickly and easily set up surveys and analyse the resulting data.
