In June 2008 Unique Solutions signed a 3 year preferred supplier contract with Network Rail for provision of Team Building and Facilitation. This means that any budget holder within Network Rail has to use one of 6 companies who have been specially selected based on quality of service and return on investment. Each of the 6 suppliers offers complimentary expertise and only three specialise in the design and delivery of experiential learning for team building as Unique Solutions do. All team training is designed using Kirkpatrick's model for evaluation which is an incredibly powerful tool for measuring the impact of training in an organisation.

Unique Solutions have put together a team of 30 facilitators based all over the country to service the needs of Network Rail and initiated systems to share learning and experience amongst the group to ensure quality of delivery. Currently we are pleased to be working on 6 initiatives for different parts of the organisation.

The scope of work is not determined as different parts of the organisation will have different business needs and be facing different challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity for Unique Solutions to develop another new long term client partnership.
