Alun Barrett met Gaelle Piernikarch, a founder of Intercultural Partners based in Munich, whilst completing his MBTI part one accreditation in London. The following conversations resulted in Unique Solutions establishing a business relationship with Intercultural Partners as a cooperation partner to deliver communication and motivational events with their clients in Europe.

Intercultural Partners provide clients with consulting support when creating international programs and strategies at organisational level, integrating marketing and communication aspects. Through their research they have evidence that 40% of mergers and acquisitions fail because of a lack of attention to cultural diversity.

Cultures vary across different businesses, even different sites or departments in the same business; acknowledging and allowing for this in any re-organisation is key to a successful outcome in building strong teams in a merger, acquisition or re-organisation. After all it will be the people and teams that make change successful or not. Unique Solutions have always taken culture and diversity into consideration when designing communication events. Creating the right environment and atmosphere on an event and managing expectations prior to an event is key to its success.
